Event Fees: Custom event fees range from $3,000 to $20,000+. This rate fluctuates based on your final guest count, the footprint of your setup, and the overall scale of the event.

What to Expect: Your fee secures the venue and covers our intensive coordination with the City of Palm Springs to ensure your event is fully permitted and protected.
The City of Palm Springs maintains strict, world-class standards for private events. We run a tight ship to ensure your day goes off without a hitch. The good news? We handle the heavy lifting. We will apply for all event licensing, manage the administrative requirements, and include the necessary city fees in your quote to make sure your event fully complies with the city. You will need to secure General Liability Insurance (a $1,000,000 combined single limit) naming the City of Palm Springs as co-insured.
