With just 5 short minutes from all the restaurants and shopping of charming downtown Palm Springs, the property feels like a retreat from the world.

Dine under the stars in the spacious outdoor dining pavilion. Come enjoy your own spa retreat with a full dry sauna, steam room and waterfall tub in the private spa lounge. Sit by the fire and watch the stars through the telescope while glamping in style in a vintage 1953 Silver Streak trailer. Descend below the pool surface into the submerged fire pit and relax to the sounds of the waterfall. Or compete on a 45 foot long six hole mini golf course complete with trick holes and a tunnel finale.

With stunning mountain views and an indoor/outdoor living space unlike any in Palm Springs, the property also features an outdoor pool table, outdoor ping pong table, an outdoor built-in grill, a spacious outdoor covered lounge with fireplace, an oversized round pool with infinity hot tub, a large outdoor poolside shower, a lighted game patio (with cornhole, giant Jenga, Yardzee yard dice, ladder golf, bimini ring toss, horseshoes, bocce ball and floating pool poker table), a retro casita apartment, and a sunset viewing pavilion with cozy swingasans.

Inside, you'll find 14 foot vaulted ceilings, a vast entertainer's kitchen, breakfast table, custom breakfast booth, dining table for 16, a spacious living room with giant 30 foot sliding pocket doors to the pool, and seven additional bedrooms designed to wow.

The kid's room features vintage Nintendo and Atari consoles. The Primary suite features an oversized Alaskan King bed (50% larger than Calif King) along with a private outdoor shower, bathtub and lounge.

The house has been appointed with designer details at every turn and is cleaned meticulously - above and beyond current standards for your safety and peace of mind.

We also make efforts to be a sustainable property - with solar panels, electric vehicle chargers, recycling bins, insulated window glass, Energy Star appliances, and smart Nest thermostats.

During your stay, you'll also have access to our full-time property manager. He will contact you the day before your arrival to help you arrange for any special needs.

We're also able to help connect you with some highly recommended and incredible local chefs, massage therapists, yoga instructors, sound bath healers and other technicians for some private in-house pampering sessions.

Please be advised that the City of Palm Springs is very strict with new ordinances regarding short term rentals. There are no parties allowed on the premises. The property's overnight occupancy limit for short term stays (28 days or less) is 12 adults and 2 children. Daytime occupancy limit is 18 (including visitors.) No sound systems of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. Only 6 cars are allowed on the property. Please keep these in mind when booking the house. If you aren't able to comply with these regulations, we ask that you find another suitable property in Palm Springs - thanks!

We work around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution to be disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practices, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and launder them between guests.

There is a one time, non-refundable $850 cleaning fee. Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee.

Pool heating is an optional $150 a day which is our actual utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary.
